Torchwick is a delight to talk to and a veritable font of knowledge. I actually had a round recently where I had to make the decision between focusing on being a traitor and helping a new QM in Cargo, and when I called out for someone to take over for me, Torchwick did so as the AI. Any time I checked back in to get some more work done towards my objectives, I still saw them giving consistent guidance to that new QM. Both the willingness to devote that attention in a normally overloaded role while following through over time really made an impression on me, and it inspires me to model that same kind of behavior myself.

Honestly shocked I hadn't responded to this already-
I think Torch is a perfect fit for mentor. They try to include others in their gimmicks, they never stick around in one department too long, and are a generally pleasant person to both talk with and roleplay with, not to mention their abundant knowledge of the game and its systems! Big +1 from me, I'd love to see them able to help new players and those who need some extra help and keep being an awesome part of the community.
