Sprite reflecting a shitty, half opened sparking console with a broken monitor would be fun. I'd make it shock you a little and have a longer cooldown compared to other announcements. Maybe it starts properly broken and needs fixed up? Some kind of dead man's switch to play an announcement after a certain amount of time passes from Clown Death also sounds fun.
