Or, rather, it could do both: suck up the reagents and replace them WITH water, but in emag mode it just spews whatever you got everywhere.

Why don't we just make the buffer create sandwiches? Like, you press a button and it pops out a ham and cheese.

Emagging the buffer should just disable the speed governor so you can outrun security and make those go-kart sounds when you turn.
