I've met Ezra a few times, when we were both security and when i was a secoff and he was an antag. My experience is that he's very communicative and very robust. I haven't seen him in a leadership role yet, but he's friendly and treats others well when he has the badge, and is able to take down secoffs when he's the antag - which demonstrates the robustness tequired to be a HoS.
So that's a +1 from me. I think he'd be a good fit.
