I have played a lot with Sacc as sec recently, and have also found they absolutely have the right temperament, attitude and skills for the job. +1 from me.

I've seen Sacc play a lot both on their old Ckey and This one. I think they have the right mindset and skills to be a great HoS, there is a slight worry of power gaming, and I would hope with the power of HoS I don't see you running around with the armory in your pocket every round, but I personally believe you would be able to handle it. I would maybe recommend you focus on those mutual respect Antag vs HoS situations like you mentioned near the end of your app, and remember that we are all just here to have fun, not come out "winning". Anyways, overall +1.

Changing my initial stance on this. Constance deserves the hat almost as much as the beret deserves a disposal chute.
