Why are you working in 64x64? Tiles are 32x32 and (to my memory) the AI is just one tile. It's especially clear because you're working over a sized-up base. Even if you resize these to fit it'll mess up what you have already, like so:

The thing is, he's working at mismatched sizes - what would be a single pixel at 32x is a single pixel in the face portion on his, but the outer frame is four pixels per dot. Unless you use a "smoothing" resize you lose most of the smaller detail when resizing it to proper size for the game, and if you do use that type of resize the end product is mushy and unsuited to a clean pixel style. If he were just upsizing them for visibility there wouldn't be any single pixels, just 4-pixel blocks.

Anyway enough words about pixels I did some faces because I like this idea:

No he's right. I done fucked up.
I thought the new ai WAS 64x64, as somethings in the game can be big, like the pods. I haven't been on the game so I took it from the wiki, where it says the new ai is 64x64. Which jerk worded this?

Requesting a cardboard box AI like the head surgeon. Maybe with some lightbulbs and an 8-track taped onto it to make it work.

A scanner in the upload, that gives the AI a black-and-white face of whatever photograph you scan

photograph a martian, martian photo AI
photograph yourself with the Captain's butt, you + butt AI

Its resized so you can see. Its sloppy due to the fact I could not really be bothered.

Its just tossing my idea for an AI design, not making an actual sprite. I just done what other people done and suggest. Except added a shit sprite to help convey my mental image of the design.
