flashing an badge should show a sparkle near your character, like an anime type spark so you actually see that someone flashed it without looking at the chat window

PTL gun traitor item for CE. 12TC cost.
Comes with PTL gun and 5 capasitors (rechargeable ammo), as well as the charger which looks kinda like the power sink.
When fired, shoots a PTL beam for 1 second corresponding to the charge of the capacitor inserted. Capacitor charge is spent after this and needs to be recharged.
Charger can be deployed on a wire and can take a capacitor at a time, taking 15 seconds to charge one. Leaves capacitor with charge equal to what the power in the wire was when the capacitor was just fully charged. By default capacitors are charged to 2 GW to make them not entirely useless if they burn doesn't go well.

Give X-ray back its old non empowered version, make empowered X-ray able to work as a heath scanner because your viewing there insides and can tell what is wrong.

*basically, if no CE, RD, or MDir is chosen at roundstart, a random person from the respective department with the head role not on unwanted, if any, will be promoted to that role

we already have the particle effect, im no coder but it seems the easiest way to do that would to be apply the particle effect for holding valuable ore for a second.
