idk if it's already a thing, but if not: have observers able to view AI laws from the get go, as in the late joining observer only players, cause they cant really get respawned anyway other than random event antags which they might also be unable to do, and anyone who rolls predator and yells 'the ai has this law' deserves to have their shit kicked in

Remove traitor and changeling from the possible game modes in the secret rotation and replace them with mixed, giving mixed a higher probability to be picked.
