or set it to farts for when you're filling up a can with farts and don't want the various other gases you can sometimes fart

make it so on cog1, the genetics apc doesnt also have the cloner on it
so i can turn off power to the genenerds without also disabling the cloner

A comms dish blueprint in the bridge in case some asshole decides to break it. Can only be printed once for balancing purposes.

Only one is on the station. The other four or so are at the radio station.

Most (if not all?) maps have two and they're scannable
There's one you can use at the mining outpost if you put a bit of work in
IDK if the radio station ones work but I guess those too?

Make it possible for the AI to roll antag again, but rather than making them a proper antag they just start the round with an ion storm law in place.
