Is there some way to do mapping manually by editing a file or something? I feel like even that would be immensely easier.

Could use an adapter or something. Godspeed, Noah, you are doing the Great Metal God's work (I've probably said something like this before, but still).

EDIT: Anyway good luck and good fun. You will be pretty much cemented as the Coolest once this is out, and I'll be playing Borg way more.
