Instead of scaling blob by adding more blobs, add more overminds to a single blob. Players already tend to emulate this with the "multi-blobbing" thing, and it would help with the multi-tasking problem blob has.

That's a pretty massive nerf to blobs unless they get separate upgrades/BP generation/BP pools in which case it's the exact same thing as multiple blobs.
