Optional hard-mode variants of all the antagonists for when you feel like an epic-level try-hardest and dominate the crew with, like, a quarter of your class' perks.
Like, changelings would lose their stings and most of their regeneration powers. Nukeops would start naked in the diner. Wraiths would be unable to possess things or use ghost-magic as a revenant. Things like that.

Let a ghost take control of Chomsky using a local verb. They have the same moves as the uncontrolled gnome, with a cooldown.
Maybe if the gnome is hidden in a locker/crate the verb still appears while standing next to it.

Custom PDA message groups. Kinda works like those default department PDA rings, but you can customize which PDAs it'll message. Make your own antag mailing list!
A gamemode where an entire department are antags. And maybe like they're the only antags?
