A Postmortal Interdiction Seance System for Automatic Resurrection of Slain Souls upgrade for the cloner. It detects when any besouled creature dies on the station and attempts to clone them before they become a ghost, regardless if they've been scanned beforehand.
Dead non-DNR, non-braindead players are sucked into the upgrade and queued up for cloning. This can be interrupted while the player is being cloned if their previous body gets revived or borged, in which case the ghost next in line gets the body when it's done.

Superglue that you can apply to clothes. comes in single use tiny tiny tubes. Use it on shoes, masks or similar and if someone puts on the piece of clothing before it dries (5-ish minutes) it will get stuck and cannot be easily. Trying to remove it causes some brute, and has a chance to come off but cause bleeding. Cause you ripped the skin off you dingus.

Synthflesh has a 200 units overdose threshold that has a very low chance each cycle to convert 100 units of synthflesh into a functional limb you are currently lacking, and a 100 units overdose threshold to puke 25 units into pile of gibs on the floor.

honestly I love the thought of being able to pump someone so full of synthflesh that they just fucking grow a limb
though, being injected with synthflesh should DEFINITELY give you blood clots. lots of them.
