Also if you have synchonized biomasss you should be able to use it while handcuffed

Also lizardmen should have a much slower innate regeneration mutation due to being reptiles

This is so specific and stupid that I absolutely love it. More ways to make meatcubes is always a fantastic thing.

As for the others, idk. But biomass manipulation should probably be usable while cuffed and uncuff you.
