Cog2 Solars Not Producing

For the last two rounds the solars on Cog2 haven't been producing any power. In both rounds this affected both north and south solars. I did attempt to toggle one to manual and back to auto to see if it was just being a bit wonky but this did not help.

ive been noticing them producing poorly lately too, but thought it might have just been me checking up on them at poor times, being paranoid, you know, but im glad someone brought it up

they do produce a little bit of power from time to time, but not like they used to. maybe this was an intentional change to encourage more reliance on the engine?

that they might just be tracking the sun wrong is a good possibility too

Probably a problem with solars in general, then, as they've been funky on Destiny for the past week or two. On Destiny they simply do not rotate at all, however much you mess with the console, so you get a brief bit of power when the sun's straight north/fore but that's it.
