I still think it should require swiping a head ID to upload a new law.

I'm not averse to the idea, but maybe implement this new AI chamber first and then see how things turn out.

I mean, Destiny desperately needs a more secure AI (both in terms of the actual AI core and the AI upload). A single use of thermite gets you access to the core, thermite and a locker lets you upload whatever law you want.

Yeah, the Destiny AI is GOOFILY insecure.

I like this idea but only because the current aviary is almost never used and is too dark and spooky. Moving it in a public area where everyone can see it and nobody's going to get ate by a ling would help.
