[idea] complication from surgery
#1
As we know some malpractice in surgery can be serious complication.
Here is some of idea for make surgery become more clinical practice.
===========================================
surgery tool must be sterile before use or need medical glove to prevent contamination. Or else your surgery tool will be contaminated and the next patient who use it will get bacteria infection from contaminated wound.
This idea is like how we use insulated glove useful to do some engineer stuff. Medical glove should be use for medical stuff too.
===========================================
Pro: -make people engage in medical glove more.
       -new mechanic for malpractice surgery will have more complication than just bleeding.by the way infection still can treat with antibiotics.
       - Make janitor/med assistance has more work to play with by helping doctor clean surgery tool before use.
       - Make different from normal people do surgery different from doctor
surgery since they’re prone to more risk to infection than do it in medbey
       - make another way for doctor antag to stealth harm people
Con: -Increase more workload to doctor and janitor very much.
        -increase the way to harm people

No diseases and such right now to do such a thing. Also this just makes surgery a hassle again and we go back to good ole "Die and clone"

The disease is simple just add it
Disease name : bacteria sepsis
Transmission:contaminated surgery(contaminated tool or nomedical glove)
Symptom : Gradually increase fever until shock
Treatment: Antibiotic and fluid resuscitation (if shock)

Like in realize after big operation doctor would prescribe empirical antibiotic prophylaxis since it high risk to infection

Again.. this just feels like tedium or gets ignored by everyone using the treatment regardless.

There is a reason we got rid of hygiene diseases, they became annoying.

I usually don't see surgeries that aren't debrainings, so I don't think it would be a good idea to make them more difficult
