Minor Round-start Fish/Squid/Whatevers Don't Start With The Improved Head

Basically what the title said.

More or less posting this as a reminder for the coders. For whatever reason, granting the bioeffect gives them the "new" head, but spawning as an ambassador squidman doesn't give you the new head.
